Staff were exceptional, food was beautiful and the position to the park was perfect. The Pool was an added bonus to cool down each day.

It was a wonderful experience, the resort location is amazing and the staff is very polite and helpful. Special mention about Mr. kunal for being so helpful and patient with all our queries. One would not regret booking stay at this property. The property is very close to the national park entry gate and the landscaping inside the property is appreciable. Worth the stay.

An excellent boutique hotel and our favourite stay in our trip across India so far. Beautiful location next to the national park with a lovely pool and a pretty platform to watch the sunset. Great staff and helpful manager with a delicious restaurant. Very easy to arrange a safari and sightseeing through the hotel. 10/10 , thank you so much!

Quiet, nice views, backside is just a village closed to the national reserve fence

When we arrived, the bathroom smelled urine. I called room service, they came but nothing really improved after their whatever actions. In the end, I had to clean to toilet myself to get rid of the smell. Room was dusty. Location is quite remote from almost everything. If you don’t have a car, it will cost you easily 800 - 1500 rupees to reach the national park. The food was ok. I got food poisoning after eating there.

Great staff that was super kind and helpful in many ways. The food was great, the location was also good as it was 20 min. walk to the pick up point for Safari tours. It had a very nice pool, good facilities and the overall atmosphere was great.

The WiFi could be better, but it was also good to detox from that for a while.

Beautiful surroundings. Rooms were amazing. Staff friendly. And lots of choices in the restaurant or for room service. Great swimming pool as well. Would highly recommend

Nothing it was a lovely place

the customer service from the staff was fantastic. Even though the property was short of staff but everyone in the team were making sure to provide exceptionl customer service with a smile on the face.

Hotel management charged us 500 rupees as I accidentally broke a water glass while eating. After asking them that why are they charging so much they said they have to charge for the full set not for 1 glass that I broke. So if you are travelling with your kids make sure they don't break anything or you'll end up paying a lot extra than you expect. It's not about Rs.500 but this shows the lack of customer service from their management team.

Consider this before choosing this place:1. Location- It is ~10km from the railway station and in an offbeat location. We had issues finding a conveyance here.2. Service: The staff is unprofessional and have a rather casual attitude. Our bill was wrong and it took them an hour to sort it out.3. Food: At best average. Their breakfast items are good, rest main course is a 2/5.4. Facilities: They do have a decent swimming pool, pottery class candle night dinner facilities all charged much higher than better resorts in the area.Overall this place is not value for money because of the average hospitality, average food and limited facilities.

Really beautiful and peacfull place.Just what we needed after bussy travelling in India.Nice and helpfull staff. Good and tasty food. Nice rooms.Lovely place we would like to visit again.

Property location is awesome. All the staff members are very polite and helpful All staff members were just a call away. Faiz from the reception side is always available for help. Govind and team from the house keeping and kitchen side were awesome. Govind and team always served hot food with good taste all the time during our stay with a big smile.Thank you for your excellent hospitality

As such no thing which was missing

Large and quiet property with only a few rooms perfect to relax. It is also located very close to the national park entrance (5 min drive). We were welcomed with a high tea and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner is also delicious and recommended if you do not want to go out in the evening. They also had a pool but in December it was too cold to use

In winter it is very cold. We did receive a small heater but it is still very chilly.

A lovely hotel, big beautiful rooms and a superb swimming pool (with a great view). The staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

The only problem is it is a bit off the beaten track and the taxi they call is a bit expensive

Superbly relaxing and comfortable setting and private bungalow. Staff were very very attentive and were able to organise everything. Food was good, and pool excellent.

A little off the beaten track and when you’re there, you’re there.

The ambience was different and very serene. The staff was very prompt to any of our requests. Anuj, Faiz and Govind made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would certainly visit here again and highly recommend it.

The manager Ritvik was such a wonderful host. The rooms were exquisite and the staff was so cordial. The food was also delicious. The pool was beautiful. All in all, worth every penny. Would recommend. 10/10

The access could have been better

Perfect stay! The rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. Food was very good. It is in close proximity to the Safari, Fort and the temple which are the main attractions of Ranthambore. The stay was very warm, caring, and proactive. It's a perfect retreat in the midst of nature.

Absolutely amazing hospiltality. Staff is friendly and highly active. The rooms were clean and very spacious. There is a cute garden right outside our room where we enjoyed our breakfast in the midst of nature. We saw so many beautiful birds during the day and more than a million stars at night. The property is right next to the forest so we could hear amazing animal sounds at night. It was a surreal experience. Loved it

I loved that the facility was quiet. It was very tranquil.
